DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS, PRIVACY & REFUND POLICY

Edwards Tax Prep Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides digital products, educational resources, and downloadable content through our website. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Policies.

1. Digital Product Delivery
All items sold through Edwards Tax Prep Academy are digital downloads only. No physical products will be shipped.
Upon successful payment, your files will be delivered immediately via: the order confirmation page, your purchase confirmation email, and the “My Account” Downloads section if you create an account.
It is your responsibility to download and save your files immediately after purchase. We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupted files after delivery has occurred.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products – All Sales Final
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, inspected, or resold, all sales are expressly final. You irrevocably waive any right to refund, return, or chargeback on digital purchases.
Refunds will not be granted for: change of mind, accidental purchases, duplicate purchases, not reading the product description, misunderstanding that the product is digital, inability to download due to device or storage issues, expectation of physical shipping, or any other reason whatsoever.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, understand the product is digital and non-returnable, and accept full responsibility for your purchase decision.

3. User License and Usage Rights
All digital products, including eBooks, planners, journals, templates, courses, business tools, and guides, are protected under U.S. copyright law and international copyright treaties.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license for your individual use only.
You may NOT: resell the files, share or forward the files to others, upload files publicly or to cloud sharing services, give files away as freebies or promotional materials, claim the material as your own, modify or resell any content, use the files for client work without explicit written permission, or sublicense the materials to any third party.
Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or use of these materials may result in immediate account termination, legal action, and civil and criminal liability.

4. Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum information needed to process your order: name, email address, billing information, download logs, and account data if you create an account.
Your data is used to: process your order, deliver your digital product, provide customer support, protect against fraud, and comply with legal requirements.
We do not sell or share your personal data outside of required payment processors or legal compliance needs.

5. Digital Product Support
If you experience issues accessing or downloading your file(s), contact: academy@edwardstaxprep.com
Support includes: broken links, download errors, missing files, and resending download links.
Support does NOT include: customizing digital files, editing or revising files, or technical troubleshooting for your personal devices.

6. Course Access and Support
If you purchased a course, mentorship, workshop, or academy learning product, contact: academy@edwardstaxprep.com
We provide course-related support for: access issues, login problems, missing modules, and course updates.

7. Chargebacks and Fraud Prevention – Serious Consequences
Submitting a chargeback or dispute claim for a valid digital purchase is considered fraudulent and is a violation of your agreement with us. Chargebacks on legitimate digital products purchased and delivered constitute payment fraud.
If a chargeback or dispute is opened against us, we will immediately provide complete evidence to your credit card issuer and payment processor, including: download timestamps and IP logs proving file delivery, order confirmation receipts and checkout records, email delivery logs showing product delivery, complete checkout agreement records, product page disclosures you reviewed, and all payment transaction details.
We maintain detailed records of all transactions and will pursue full recovery for fraudulent chargebacks.
Consequences of fraudulent chargebacks include: immediate account termination and permanent ban from future purchases, reporting of the chargeback to credit bureaus and fraud reporting agencies, civil legal action to recover damages and attorney fees, potential criminal fraud prosecution, and notification to payment processors and acquiring banks of fraudulent activity.
By purchasing from our store, you irrevocably acknowledge and agree that you will not dispute charges on valid digital downloads and that doing so constitutes fraud.

8. Terms Acceptance and Binding Agreement
By purchasing from Edwards Tax Prep Academy, you irrevocably acknowledge, represent, and warrant that:
All products are digital downloads only. Nothing is shipped. Downloads are instant and immediate upon payment. All sales are final and non-refundable. You have carefully read and reviewed all product details and descriptions. You fully understand the product you are purchasing. You will not dispute charges for valid digital downloads. You accept all licensing restrictions and usage rules. You agree to all terms in this policy in their entirety. You agree to submit to binding arbitration in South Carolina for any disputes.
These terms apply to: courses (self-paced and live), eBooks, templates, planners, journals, devotionals, business tools, mentorship materials, and workshop downloads.
This agreement is legally binding and enforceable.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina for any legal proceedings arising from this agreement.
